What is the difference between lab grown diamond and moissanite?
A lab grown diamond is a real diamond made of carbon, identical to a mined diamond. Moissanite is a different gemstone made of silicon carbide. Moissanite shows more colorful sparkle and costs less, while lab grown diamond has the classic white brilliance and hardness of a diamond.
What quality are your lab grown diamonds?
Our lab grown diamonds are E to F color (colorless), VS to VVS clarity, with an Excellent cut grade.
What quality is your moissanite?
Our moissanite is D color (the highest, completely colorless grade) with VVS1 clarity.
Are lab grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. Lab grown diamonds have the same chemical, physical and optical properties as mined diamonds.
Will moissanite pass a diamond tester?
Many basic thermal diamond testers will read moissanite as a diamond, but advanced testers can tell them apart. We always describe our stones honestly.
What metals do you use?
We use solid 10K, 14K and 18K gold in white, yellow and rose gold.
Do your stones come with a certificate?
Yes. Lab grown diamonds over 1 carat come with an IGI certificate, and moissanite over 1 carat comes with a GRA certificate.
Can I choose a different stone shape for a design?
Yes. Every Jynora design can be made with any center stone shape. Contact us if the shape you want is not listed on the product page.
Do you offer engraving?
Yes. Engraving is free on Jynora jewelry. Please note that engraved pieces are personalized and cannot be returned.
Orders and Production
Why is my jewelry made to order?
Every piece is crafted after you order it in your chosen metal, stone, carat weight and size, so it is made just for you.
How long does production take?
Production takes 7 to 9 days, followed by free shipping that takes 8 to 10 days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund. After that, your piece goes into production and the order cannot be cancelled.
Do you make custom jewelry?
Yes. Visit our Custom Design page to share your idea and our team will create a design and quote for you.
Shipping and Duties
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free worldwide on every order, fully insured and tracked.
Will I pay customs duties or import taxes?
No. Jynora pays all customs duties and import taxes, so there are no extra charges on delivery.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide with insured, tracked express delivery. We do not currently ship within India.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Returns and Sizing
What is your return policy?
We offer easy returns within 7 days of delivery on unworn jewelry in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Engraved and personalized items cannot be returned.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive your return.
What ring sizes do you offer?
Every ring is made in US sizes 3 to 10, including quarter sizes such as 6.25, 6.5 and 6.75. See our Ring Size Guide for an international size chart.
How do I find my ring size?

Can I resize my ring?
Many rings can be resized. Shipping costs for resizing are paid by the customer. Eternity bands and some intricate designs cannot be resized.
Care and Warranty
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every Jynora piece has a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
Who pays shipping for a warranty repair?
Jynora pays the insured shipping both ways for approved warranty claims.
How do I clean my jewelry?
Soak it in warm water with mild soap, gently brush with a soft toothbrush, rinse and dry with a lint-free cloth.
